Print out the following list and hang it on your fridge, pinboard or bedside table. Every day you take a new tip and put it into action. In this way, you can devote a little more time to your health every day. Soon the 30 tips – or at least a few of them – will become flesh and blood. Have fun!
(Tips that recommend certain foods (e.g. 9. Quinoa Day), of course, do not have to be implemented every day, but perhaps every three to five days.
1 Water Day
Replace soft drinks and other beverages with herbal tea or water.
2. Raw Hors d’oeuvre day
Before each meal, eat a raw fruit, some raw food (kohlrabi, cucumber or similar) or a crisp lettuce as an appetizer.
3. the sport day
Extend your daily sports programme by 5 minutes. You don’t have a sports program? Start with 5 minutes a day! Use your home trainer or a cross trainer. Soon, five minutes won’t be enough for you, just wait.
4. the sunny day
Treat yourself to more sunshine! When the sun is shining, sunbathe. Depending on the season and time of day, it should take between 10 and 30 minutes.
5 Pilates Day
Do you know Pilates? Look around your residential area to see if you can take a beginner’s course there. It is probably the best exercise system for more mobility, perfect posture, more muscle power and better condition.
6 Smoothie Day
Drink one green smoothie a day.
7. the houseplant day
Buy more houseplants: they purify the air in your home. But make sure you buy plants that match your home. Place the aloe vera in the south window and get shade plants if your home is rather poor in light.
8. Vitamin D Day
Since you have been sunbathing regularly since day 4, your vitamin D level has certainly already risen, because the organism can produce vitamin D independently under the influence of sunlight. If you cannot go to the sun regularly, you should – at least in winter – take vitamin D as a food supplement, ideally combined with vitamin K2 and calcium.
Vitamin D facilitates the absorption of calcium from the intestines and vitamin K2 ensures that calcium is incorporated into the bones and not into the walls of the blood vessels.
9 Quinoa Day
Eat more quinoa. Quinoa is a so-called pseudo-cereal. It is rich in high quality and complete protein and also provides a lot of iron, magnesium and calcium. Quinoa is a wonderful substitute for pasta or rice.
10th The Fat Day
Inspect your fat reserves today and switch to healthy fats. Replace frying fats without exception with high-quality organic coconut oil or an organic frying oil. Replace cheap salad oils with virgin olive oil and treat yourself to something special every now and then, such as high-quality organic linseed oil or hemp oil, of which you take small amounts daily to enrich your raw vegetables.
11th Antioxidant Day
Take a look at this article: Antioxidants for your health. After reading this book, decide whether you are taking enough antioxidants and, if in doubt, choose a high-quality food supplement such as Astaxanthin – The Super Antioxidant.
OPC from the grape seeds or the aronia berries also provide you with extremely rich and effective antioxidants.
12 Detoxification Day
You know that the root of health is hidden in the intestine. In case of complaints of any kind, an intestinal rehabilitation is therefore one of the first and most important steps. Today, a cleansing intestinal cleansing can be easily and uncomplicatedly integrated into everyday life. Use the strong detoxifying effect of bentonite and psyllium husk powder and build up your intestinal flora. Consider today when you want to start an intestinal rehab and find out about its health benefits
13 Teeth Day
Think about what you could do for your teeth and gum health today. Interesting measures, some of which have overwhelmingly positive effects, include oil extraction and xylitol mouthwashes.
14th Eye Day
Do your eyes fade? Or are you already wearing glasses? Then you could consider today which effective naturopathic measures would please your eyes. As of today, for example, drink half a litre of carrot juice a day, preferably freshly squeezed.
15th The Liver Day
Bitter substances are an elixir of life for the liver. Add more bitter substances to your diet every day, e.g. in the form of bitter salads (endive, chicory etc.) or as a food supplement (herbal bitter (e.g. bitter star), dandelion root extract, dandelion powder, Bittrio herbal elixir alcohol-free etc.)
From today, you could also take combined preparations of special liver protection herbs as a cure to help your liver in its daily detoxification work.
The following five herbs are ideal for liver protection: dandelion root, milk thistle seed, large burdock root, artichoke and kelp.
16 Washboard Day
After your 5-minute exercise program, do a few beetle passes to speed up the development of your washboard stomach. You don’t know the beetle exercise? This is one of the most effective exercises for the abdominal muscles.
Beetle exercise is called this exercise because you will look like a beetle lying on its back rowing with its legs!
So you lie on your back, your legs are bent, your feet are on the ground. Then lift the legs so that they form two right angles. One between torso and thigh and the other between thigh and lower leg.
Now lift your upper body alternately to the right knee and the left knee. Walk with the respective knee towards the face and stretch the other leg almost straight forward without placing it naturally on the floor.
The arms also move forward alternately, so the right arm moves along the left leg when the upper body moves towards the left knee and vice versa.
The exercise is performed very leisurely and under tension. Don’t forget to breathe 🙂
Perform about 20 repetitions, pause and then make two more sets of 20 repetitions each.
17th The barely-not-parking-space-nearby – day
Instead of looking for a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the supermarket, you deliberately park further away. This gives you a little more exercise and a little more sunshine at the same time. If it rains, this tip does not change. Think about the positive effects of rain on your hair health.
18. the water filter day
If you used to drink tap water, buy a good water filter today. Ideally, choose a water filter that naturally transforms your tap water into water that is close to the quality of a refreshing and pure spring water. Of course, the water should first of all be freed of pollutants, toxins, nitrate, chlorine, lime, etc. It should then be slightly mineralized and weakly basic.
19th The Yoga Day
They already do a 5-minute sports programme and a few beetle runs every day. They park completely offside and also regularly go to Pilates training. Now you need a sport of the gentle kind to compensate. Yoga, for example, can reduce your stress and improve your physical endurance.
20. the bathing day
Take a relaxing hot bath today with a basic bath salt. You can also add soothing herbs such as lavender or encouraging herbs such as rosemary to the water. This will work wonders for your mind and muscles. If you don’t have time for a basic bath, it can also be a basic foot bath.
21st The Massage Day
Get a professional massage today! From now on at least once a week is best. A massage therapy is a wonderful way to reward yourself for one or the other performance and it is also extremely healthy. Massages are not exactly cheap now. Why not take a massage course with your partner? Then you can soon massage each other and above all expertly.
22nd The rung day
Grow your own rungs! With a simple, inexpensive germinator or some germ jars you can grow your own shoots and – depending on the variety – eat after one to two days. If you only eat about 30 grams of sprouts a day, this alone has a great influence on the prevention of cancer and the strengthening of the immune system. Sprouts or seedlings are also available, fresh on the refrigerated shelves of your organic supermarket. However, they are also available in carefully dried form, e.g. brown millet seedlings, buckwheat seedlings, etc., for storage purposes.
23rd Garden Day
If you have a garden, go to your garden today and look around. What grows here? Weeds? Very good. What weeds? Gout, dandelion, chickweed, plantain, yarrow? Great. You’ll be harvesting these weeds in the future. You cut it into your salad or make green smoothies. If no weeds grow in your garden, plant them.
It is even easier to dig up a piece of lawn and leave it fallow. Delicious and healthy wild plants will settle there, such as goose thistle and melden.
You don’t have a garden? No problem. In this case, plant your balcony boxes with edible wild plants.

24th Trampoline Day
Get a mini trampoline today and swing on it in your living room. This way you can actively use the time when you watch the news or your favorite show.
25th The Sleep Day
Check your sleeping habits today and make sure you sleep at least 7 hours every night. Most people lack sleep and the consequences for health are enormous.
Also, always stay in rhythm. This means that if you get up at 6.30 a.m. on weekdays, you do the same on weekends. You won’t believe how much more creative and healthy this makes your weekend.
You will then take care to go to bed early on weekends, you will automatically waste less time in front of the TV, you will drink less alcohol and the greatest thing:
You will be able to spend Sunday mornings with an active and creative activity instead of in bed and feel much better and more constructive than with the usual paralyzing hangover.
26th Farmers’ Market Day
Look for an organic farmer near you today, where you can buy future healthy food freshly harvested and in the best quality.
27 Farewell Day
You have a job you don’t like? Leave her! Reduce your lifestyle so you can make do with less money, and then follow what you really like doing. Being happy in a small house is better than feeling unhappy in a large house.
Of course, you do not leave your job immediately. Instead, you make two plans today:
Plan A: Write down what should happen to make you feel more comfortable in your current job and consider how this could be done. Talk to colleagues and superiors about it.
Plan B: Write down the alternatives if you left your job. Plan exactly how you would make ends meet and what steps you would take to get your dream job. Remember: the brave have the future!
28th Drug Cabinet Day
Inspect your medicine cabinet today and write down which medications you take and how often. Consider which drugs are unnecessary. If you think your medicines are indispensable, look for natural and holistic measures that can improve your state of health so that you can slowly but surely stop or stop taking your medication.
29th The Anti-TV Day
Turn off your TV! And most of all, never turn it back on just because you’re bored.
You are welcome to watch a programme you are really interested in and look forward to. Turn television into something special and rare. Don’t let it become something ordinary.
Television is an absolute waste of time, more precisely a waste of lifetime.
Think about how much time you spend in front of the TV.
Let’s say it’s three hours a day. That’s 21 hours a week and 84 hours a month. 84 hours! This is madness! Now think about what you could do during this time.
You could have fun with your kids. You could make your partner happy and do something together with him. You could invest this time for your health (you have enough tips for that now). You could start a training or further education and thus give new impulses to your life and your career – which would bring us to the 30th day.
